::  Lead Pastor  ::

My name is Todd Niebling and I am the Lead Pastor of The Well.  I grew up in St. Louis, MO (Go Cards!!!).  I graduated from Concordia University Chicago in 2002 with an Art degree and then went directly to Seminary at Concordia Seminary St. Louis where I graduated in 2006.  I met my wife, Sarah, while working at a camp in Colorado in 2001.  We got married in 2003 and shared most of the Seminary experience together.

During my time at the Seminary I did my internship in Arcata, CA where I focused on campus ministry at Humboldt State University.  Arcata is where I caught the missionary bug.  After that experience, Sarah and I truly felt called to return back to the West Coast to start a new church.  I was called to Grace Lutheran Church in Lancaster, CA in 2006 to plant a new church here in the AV. After a year and a half of prayer, study, relationship building, and getting to know the AV, The Well began to take shape.

I enjoy exploring my surroundings, getting to know new people, drinking coffee, cooking, photography, art, hiking, and the outdoors.  Sarah and I are excited for what God will do with The Well and we are so thankful for where He has put us.  Finally, we are also thankful for His continued guidance, worship, and forgiveness as we continue to live, work, and enjoy SoCal.
